Easy Event Creation

Member Evolution allows you to plan and co-ordinate Training Sessions, Workshops, Social Functions or other event types and conferences allowing Members and Non-Members to book tickets with both Member and Non-Member pricing.

Your Event Manager can set up automated alerts to be sent if;

a minimum threshold of registrations has not been reached by a set date, or
a maximum threshold has been reached prior to Event closing date.

The system also allows for free events to be supported. Web User and Member registrations are stored in the Membership Management CRM Database against the persons profile allowing real time and future reporting.

Multi-Price Point Events

Member Evolution includes a powerful Event Management solution which can be used to plan and co-ordinate Training Sessions, Workshops, Social Functions or other event types.

The multi-price point system allows you to set a Recommended Retail price for Non-Members and a range of discounts up to 100% for each Member Type allowing you to set special pricing for preferred groups of Members.

This creates additional value for Members by giving them discounted rates which reflects their loyalty and continued support of your organisation.

With Member Evolution members and non-members alike can now purchase all of their tangible and non-tangible products online via a secure eCommerce system. There are multiple payment options which can be enabled allowing you to customise your client engagement process including:

Credit Card Payment Gateway (SecurePay)
PayPal
Pay on Invoice
Pay on Account

Staff can also track registration and payment receipts for each event plus track organisation wide event revenues from all events from a single dashboard.

Trade Booth

Member Evolution includes a Multi trade booth purchase option that allows users to purchase more than one booth for a conference. Once a booth has been purchased the system automatically makes the space unavailable, to minimise administration time. There are also a number of other functions that the trade booth product performs:

Ability to choose the booth position from a map
Which booth size you prefer
Outline of what is included in the booth
Add related product equipment to your booth
Automatic purchase update
