FMA Joins the Family
The Facility Management Association of Australia (FMA) joins the Member Evolution family. FMA Australia is the peak national representative body for the facility management industry. The association serves to further the objectives of facilities managers and the facilities management industry, through providing a range of member benefits and services including professional development and advocacy.
Growth of FMA
FMA Australia was established in 1989 and has since seen significant growth within the industry from opening new branches in the ACT, NSW, SA, QLD, VIC and WA. The association continually supports its members through representing the interests of the profession and industry to government and regulatory bodies. University involvement is ongoing, encouraging the development of facility management courses. Promoting facility management is another key focus, highlighting the importance across all business areas and the wider community.
Member Focus
The partnership between Member Evolution and the Facility Management Association of Australia will see a new online membership management solution implemented which includes a fully content-managed website with seamless CRM integration. The membership management software will streamline administration processes, improve membership value and simplify communication with members.
