Aspedia and Member Evolution Achievements

As you would be aware the 2015-16 EOFY is closing in quickly. It has been a busy but enjoyable year for our team and we thought it would be a good time to update everyone with our achievements.
 

New Server Infrastructure

We invested over $330,000 into new hardware infrastructure in late 2015 that increased our network performance to support a sustained load of 4 times greater than our previous maximum peak load.
In addition, we have recently upgraded our Database Software backend to the very latest version which allows for multi-database servers to be running concurrently with automatic failover between them. This enables continued operation even should a server fail.
 

International Growth and Multi-Currency

We have welcomed many new clients into the ME family including several international clients in the UK and NZ, and with this expansion we have implemented multi-currency allowing our clients to collect revenue from different regions in different currencies.
 

Campaign Website Framework

We have developed a framework allowing additional Campaign Websites to be quickly deployed for our clients which can be interconnected to the main ME Website as necessary.  See two examples below:

New email subsystem with integration to Mail Gun and optimisation of creation and delivery processes with preliminary testing indicating a 50x improvement in sending performance could be achieved.
New Newsletter Subscription Management to reduce your database storage by over 250%.
New subscription renewal subsystem increasing speed of renewal runs significantly.
Launch of ME Soho
 
We have also launched a New Product to support the smaller end of the NFP market. ME Soho is based on the exact same code base as our ME Plus and ME Lite products with a restricted feature set tailored to meet the needs of smaller organisations.  It provides by far the leading feature set in the sub $15,000 ‘entry level’ price point.
 

Launch of our Online Training Centre

Aspedia has launched an online training centre to provide instructions and guidelines to our clients so that you can keep your ongoing support costs down by undertaking general site updates in-house.
 

Strengthening Our Google Certified Partner Relationship

In addition to the Member Evolution arm of our business, our digital marketing team has been working hard with Google to ensure that all of our marketing staff online marketing skills are as up to date as possible, and that we are deploying campaigns that return maximum ROI for our clients.
 
We have built a strong relationship as a Certified Google Partner over many years and now have direct access to a dedicated account manager and strategic manager within Google. As such, we are able to better assist our clients by obtaining actual use cases, better and more up to date statistical search and buying trend data, assistance with campaign setup and best value for money, and inhouse support for our clients.
